We are a family business who have been serving the area of Bournemouth, Poole and the western New Forest since 1996.
We pride ourselves on our high standards of service and hope you will see the benefit of travelling with a family operated company who hope you will return with us again and again.
Over the years our fleet has expanded but we retain the personal touch and attention to detail on which we have built our business.

We have brought in new over the years with innovations such as extra legroom and our extremely popular Home Collection and Return Service and we always try to offer something for everyone.
We are particularly delighted that we have so many repeat customers who have been travelling with us for many years.

HOW TO BOOK
We accept payment by Cheque, Cash, Debit Card & Credit Card
Please note that Credit Cards incur a 3% administration charge.
1. Please click on the booking buttons, telephone or visit our office. We shall answer any further questions you may have and arrange your seating and pick up details.
2. A £40 per person deposit is payable to secure your seat.
Full payment will be due 6 weeks before departure.
3. You can check your pick up time before booking.
On many of our holidays you will see that ‘Home Collection & Return’ is included. You will be collected and returned to your home via a taxi organised by us.
On these tours we operate a limited amount of pick up places ensuring that your holiday will start and end more efficiently. To qualify for the free Home Collection service you must live in the area from Poole to Lymington and south of Ferndown.
Home Collection from ONE address per room booked is provided free on these holidays - additional addresses may incur a charge.
If you live outside this area please ask the office for a quote for the service. You can always join the coach at one of the pick-up points if you wish.
In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Tour Regulations 1992” all passengers booking with Highcliffe Coach Holidays are fully bonded for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Highcliffe Coach Holidays.
We are members of the Bonded Coach Holiday government approved consumer protection scheme administered by the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK. This ensures that, in relation to the coach package holidays described in this brochure, your monies are protected by a bond in the unlikely event of our ceasing to trade. You are recommended to inspect our current membership certificate at our registered office or alternatively go to www.bch-uk.org or telephone 0207 240 3131 to confirm our current membership.
